Today’s walk was all about finding some solitude on the beach. My usual walking buddy Baxter tucked his tail in despair when he learned he was not going out today. I don’t like to leave him behind but I needed the slower pace and the opportunity to do some beach combing. We live in unusual times and my daily walks help lift my mood while keeping me mobile. A power walk or a stroll, either way elevates my spirits and makes me happy. #iluvtowalk #walkingmakesmehappy
