For whatever reason, I literally had to drag myself out of bed this morning. Baxter was moving slower than normal too. Chalk it up to being Wednesday, or “hump day” as they say. Nevertheless we persevered and pushed on to complete today’s walk. We got out early and are ready to face the day. It always amazes me what a difference a walk can make.
Today we found our inspiration in nature. Energized by the various plants along the trail like the fern shoots and wild ginger blooms who expel a lot of energy to unfold their beauty. Baxter and I also got a little beach time after our spin around the headland. Nothing soothes the soul like the rhythm of the ocean and a low tide.
I’m a firm believer in optimism. This down time the globe is experiencing may help to recharge nature. I’m hearing carbon emissions and earth vibrations are down by at least 40%. Have you seen the before and after photographs from around the world? Air quality has definitely improved. It’s pretty impressive. Looks to me like Mother Nature is sending us her own message. #iluvtowalk #walkingmakesmehappy #baxteronthego #nativeplants
