This morning was absolutely stunning. By the time I finished my walk it was 63 degrees! Not your typical January 18 but we currently live in a time with so many new normals.
Today is a National holiday in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. I’m hoping the day provides time for reflection on our past, present and future. I don’t mean to sound all Polly Anna but we have just had an obvious wake up call. Who do we want to be when we grow up? What role can each of us play to help heal the nation? On Wednesday at 12:01 PM our government hits the reset button. I’m personally hoping we can come together and focus on what’s best for the greater good rather than benefiting just a few. I’ve got my fingers crossed.
