We received some heavy hail last night that stuck around for parts of this morning. The day started with some very chilly temperatures for our coastline; 36 degrees that felt more like 30 degrees. The back deck at our house was a sheet of ice. I realize for my friends living east of the Mississippi that’s not big news or even very impressive.
As they say, it’s all relative to what your used to. The local neighborhood vegetation has been fooled by Mother Nature. Quite a few plants are in bloom so I’m not the only one surprised by this winter display. Baxter and I waited until 10 am when the temperature rose to 45 degrees to take our walk. Enjoy my pics! #iluvtowalk #baxteronthego #trinidadcalifornia #humboldt #humboldtcounty
