After having seven weeks of my life consumed by greater challenges, I’m ready to get back in the groove of my routine. Sometimes life takes hold and requires you to redirect your energy. In the span of eight weeks, my husband had a kidney transplant, our son donated a kidney to help facilitate his father getting another person’s kidney, and my father died. All complicated by the pandemic. Never before have I longed so much to just be back in my routine.
A walk in nature never fails to rejuvenate and help begin the healing of a broken heart. Today Baxter and I were joined by my daughter on Trinidad Head.
