This morning Baxter and I had a quiet walk thru town and around Trinidad Head. A nice respite from a very busy tourism loaded Labor Day weekend. Tourism is like a double edged sword. The revenue is a nice gain for the city and businesses in town but boy, it does have a threshold.
Heavy fog, a beautiful array of spider webs and some changing leaf colors made this morning feel like fall has arrived. Of course in our region, Mother Nature can be very fickle and change her mind daily. Summer is not officially over until September 22 so sunny, warm days are not completely off the table, yet.
