Fall is definitely in the air. This morning’s walk was amongst the mist that is generated by fog. Kinda like walking through one of those machines that restaurants use to cool down their summer customers at outside seating, only in this case, it’s Mother Nature providing the mist. California is still fighting wildfires so any moisture is a welcome sight.
As Baxter and I took our spin around the headland, I realized that our seasonal changes have noticeably shifted. Summer really began its embrace on the north coast in late May/June this year so its no surprise we feel fall closing in. I enjoy the fall color but don’t relish the return of the shorter days. Daylight energy is so much more invigorating than darkness.
Happy Friday and enjoy today’s pics! #iluvtowalk #trinidadcalifornia #humboldtcounty #Perspectivesfrommytrail #humboldt
