Today’s Walk: Back to our New Normal

Thursday April 30, 2020

We were out the door early this morning and rewarded with a quiet, beautiful walk thru town and up and around the headland. Our city streets and yards blanketed with cherry blossom petals due to last night’s wind and rain.

Baxter and I had the headland to ourselves and I tried to take a panoramic image of the Bay view but with Baxter in tow it’s hard to do. As I was prepping for the shot, Baxter lunged on the leash as he found some animal scat that was “a must roll in” thereby ruining the shot. Once he gets whiff of an animal scent like rabbit, fox or even bird poop, he’s quick to act. Dogs will be dogs. Another day, I promise. For now today’s view of the Bay is split into two images and shown below. #iluvtowalk #walkingmakesmehappy #baxteronthego
